• Within Ukraine:  via Nova Poshta within 1–3 business days.

• Pre-order items: Delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on the model.

• Cash on Delivery (Ukraine only) – requires a 200 UAH prepayment, with the remaining balance paid at Nova Poshta rates.

Returns & Exchanges

• Accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase, in accordance with Ukrainian law.

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. Avoid Moisture - Keep your bag away from water. If it gets wet, gently pat dry with a soft cloth and let it air dry naturally.
2. Store Properly - When not in use, store it in a dust bag, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
3. Clean Gently - Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe off dust. For deeper cleaning, use a leather-specific cleaner.
4. Avoid Overloading - Overstuffing can cause the leather to stretch and lose its shape.
5. Condition Regularly - Apply a leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking.
