Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of purchase, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unused.

• Be in their original condition.

• Be returned in their original packaging.

Please note that used bags are not eligible for return or exchange.

1. Protect first — apply a suede protector spray before first use.

2. Keep dry — avoid rain or moisture. If suede gets wet, let it air-dry naturally.

3. Clean gently — use a suede brush to remove dust and a suede eraser for small stains.

4. Avoid oils — keep away from creams, perfumes, or greasy surfaces.

5. Store properly — place in a dust bag, away from sunlight and humidity.
