• Within Ukraine: Free delivery via Nova Poshta within 1–3 business days.

• Pre-order items: Delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on the model.

• Cash on Delivery (Ukraine only) – requires a 200 UAH prepayment, with the remaining balance paid at Nova Poshta rates.

Returns & Exchanges

• Accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase, in accordance with Ukrainian law.

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. Protect first — apply a suede protector spray before first use.

2. Keep dry — avoid rain or moisture. If suede gets wet, let it air-dry naturally.

3. Clean gently — use a suede brush to remove dust and a suede eraser for small stains.

4. Avoid oils — keep away from creams, perfumes, or greasy surfaces.

5. Store properly — place in a dust bag, away from sunlight and humidity.
