• Within Ukraine: via Nova Poshta within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

• Accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase, in accordance with Ukrainian law.

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Store Properly - When not in use, store it in a dust bag, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

3. Treat it with care — it will carry your stories for years to come.

4. Clean Gently - Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe off dust. For deeper cleaning, use a leather-specific cleaner.
5. Avoid Overloading - Overstuffing can cause the leather to stretch and lose its shape.
6. Condition Regularly - Apply a leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking.
